- Overtime & Timesheet Export - Timesheet Exports will now include overtime breakdowns.
Improvements
- Timesheets - The Timesheet View has had a facelift! In addition to general design improvements, the main improvements include:
- Overtime is also displayed in the timesheet view
- Daily totals have been added to the top of each day. You can toggle between this and the former 'Timesheet Chart' view if preferred.
- Roster variances will now only display for today's date and earlier.
- Approving Time to PayHero - The Approve button will now be disabled once all time has been sent to PayHero. If any changes are made to time entries the button will be reenabled, and clicking Approve will only re-approve the updated entries.
- Copy Roster - Improved the copy roster function to prevent duplicate shifts from being copied in the case that a roster is copied into the same week multiple times.
- Exporting Unpaid Breaks - Shifts with unpaid breaks will now generate multiple time entries when Sent to PayHero or extracted using Timesheet Exports. This will have the following effects on time entries:
- Unpaid breaks recorded via the time clock will have an initial time entry which finishes at the time the unpaid break started. The next time entry will start when the unpaid break finished.
- For example, a 9am to 5pm shift where the employee clocked a 35 minute unpaid break at 12:30pm will be exported as a 9am to 12:30pm entry and a 1:05pm to 5pm entry.
- Unpaid breaks which haven't been recorded using the time clock (i.e. breaks manually added to a rostered or worked shift, or specified via the Default Break Duration in the shift settings) will now be assumed to start 4 hours into a shift.
- For example, a 9am to 5pm shift with a 30-minute break will be exported as a 9am to 1pm entry, and a 1:30pm to 5pm entry.
- In cases where the shift is less than 4 hours long, the break will be applied to the end of the shift.
- For example, a 1pm to 4pm shift with a 15 minute unpaid break will be exported as a 1pm to 3:45pm entry.
- Unpaid breaks recorded via the time clock will have an initial time entry which finishes at the time the unpaid break started. The next time entry will start when the unpaid break finished.
