Invite Droppah Support

Only invite Droppah support if you've been asked to do so

Sometimes the Droppah support team will request temporary access to your account to assist with our troubleshooting. To keep your data safe, we can't just wander in whenever we like. You'll need to send us an invitation first.

Here is how you can get that sorted:

  1. Log in to your Droppah account

  2. Click the Manage menu item

  3. Navigate to the Access tab

  4. Click New Admin

  5. Click Invite Droppah Support

  6. Click Invite Support to confirm

  7. Let us know that you have sent us an invite

Once we've accepted the invite, our team will have admin access to your account. You can remove our access at any time by clicking the X icon on the Droppah Support Admin record.
