Once connected, you can ask Claude directly about your rosters, timesheets, and revenue: check who's rostered where and when, compare rostered vs actual wage costs, spot no-shows before payroll runs, and export your data. This guide walks through setting the connector up.
Option A: Go straight to the listing
Open this link, which takes you directly to the Droppah connector page:
Then skip ahead to Connect and authorise.
Option B: Browse from Claude's settings
Step 1 & 2. Click your name in the bottom left (1) of Claude, then click Settings (2).
Step 3 & 4. In Settings, click Connectors in the sidebar, then click the Add dropdown and choose Browse connectors.
Step 5. Search for "Droppah" in the connector directory.
Connect and authorise
Step 6. On the Droppah listing, click Connect to Claude.
Step 7. You'll be taken to Droppah's login screen. Sign in with your usual Droppah credentials, or use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Xero if that's how you normally log in.
Step 8 & 9. Select the company you want to connect from the dropdown, then click Authorise (callouts 8 and 9).
Set tool permissions
Step 10. Back in Claude, you'll see a list of Droppah tools grouped as read-only. Each one defaults to Needs approval, meaning Claude will check with you before using it. Click the dropdown next to any tool to change this to Always allow or Never allow instead, if you'd rather not approve each request individually.
That's it, Droppah is connected. You can now ask Claude things like "who's rostered at the Newmarket site this week" or "compare wage cost to revenue for July" and it'll pull straight from your live data.
