Clock History

Written by Tusca Howes

Once your employees have clocked in and out with the Droppah Time Clock, you can view the details of their shifts on the Clock History tab.

By default, the clock history will show today's entries, but you can view any date for the last 30 days using the date selector at the top of the page.

Click on a specific entry to see more detail for the shift.

Clock-in and out photos will be shown when viewing the clock history from any device if Storing Clock Photos in the Cloud has been enabled for your company. If not, clock photos are stored locally on the device where they were taken for 30 days and can be viewed only from the same device and browser that the employee clocked in and out of.

The Duration shows the total hours worked for the shift, less any recorded breaks.

The Break Duration shows the total duration of any recorded breaks, and the Breaks section shows the start and end times for any breaks taken. If your company uses our Paid Breaks function, the Breaks section will also show the split of paid vs unpaid breaks.

You can see whether any Notes have been entered for the shift.

The Clock Timeline will also display the original roster times (if a roster entry was published), actual clock in and out times, and any break times.

If you need to make any changes to a clock entry, you can do so from the Calendar in either the Resource View or the Timesheet View.

Deleting a time entry from the calendar won't remove it from the Clock History. The Clock History is a permanent record of all clock activity, so a deleted entry will still show here, but it won't appear in the calendar or count towards time tracking and payroll.
