When you're first invited to Droppah, simply click the Let's Go button in your email invitation to join your company's Droppah account.
You'll be taken to the following screen to create a new password.
Enter and confirm your password, then click Sign up with email to create your account and sign in.
Troubleshooting

This error means your email address is already linked to another FlexiTime product (Droppah, PayHero, or Karmly), but the password entered doesn’t match.
To fix this:
On the Droppah login page, click “Forgot Password”.
Follow the email instructions to reset your FlexiTime password. (See: How do I reset my password?)
Return to your Droppah invitation and accept it using your updated password.

Droppah invitations can only be used once.
If you’ve already accepted the invite: Simply sign in via the browser at app.droppah.com, or if you are an employee, download and sign in to the Droppah Employee Mobile App.
If you haven’t accepted the invite yet: The invitation may have been revoked by an administrator. In this case, just ask them to send you a new one.

Droppah invitation links are valid for 7 days.
If your link has expired, your administrator will need to send you a new invitation.

You will be asked to confirm your password if the same email address has been used previously for an account with another FlexiTime product (Droppah, PayHero or Karmly). If this happens, you'll see the following warning:

Simply enter the password you already use and click Sign in with email - your new invite will be joined to your existing access.
If you've forgotten the password you used previously, you can reset it by:
Clicking the “Forgot Password” option on the Droppah login page.

Once your FlexiTime password has been reset, return to the original Droppah invitation and accept it using your updated password.
