Get your staff clocking in with 3 easy steps

Getting your team ready to clock in is simple. Follow these three steps to set everything up and start tracking time accurately.

1. Add your People

Start by adding your staff to Droppah under People → Add Person.

Tip: if you’re using Xero Payroll (Australia) or PayHero (New Zealand), you can load all your employees in one go when you’re ready.

2. Teams

Teams group staff who work together or share a location, and they determine where people can clock in.

Double check each employee is allocated to the correct Team so they can clock in correctly.

3. Work Groups

Work Groups define the roles or tasks your team members perform.

Check that everyone is assigned to the right Work Group to ensure their time is tracked against the correct duties or areas of work.

Once your People, Teams, and Work Groups are ready, download the Droppah Time Clock app so staff can clock in and out.

Install the app on a shared device, such as a tablet, at your worksite.
