🚀 Getting set up

Create your account at droppah.com/signup and you're straight into a 14 day free trial. No credit card until the trial wraps up.

💸 What it costs

Droppah is free for accounts with 10 people or fewer. Above that, you're only billed for people who actually appear on a roster or record a timesheet that month. No minimum term, no lock in, cancel whenever.

👥 Teams and work groups

A team is who someone belongs to: your venue, site or crew. A work group is what they do on a shift: bar, kitchen, front of house. Name, team, work group, and they're ready to be rostered.

📅 Three ways to build a roster

Add shifts manually for full control, copy last week forward, or let Smart Roster autofill from a roster plan and your team's availability.

📣 Publish it

Happy with the roster? Hit publish and your team hears about it in seconds. No round of texts required.

⏱️ Clocking in

Staff clock in and out on the Droppah Time Clock app on a shared device at the venue. Their hours flow straight into timesheets.

✅ Review, approve, send to payroll

Approve timesheets at the end of the week and they're sent through to your payroll system. Nothing lands in payroll until you've signed it off.

🔌 POS and payroll integrations

Connect your POS for sales data, and your payroll system so approved time flows through.

Payroll: PayHero (NZ) · Xero Payroll (AU)

📊 Labour cost against revenue

With your POS connected, Droppah shows labour cost as a percentage of revenue right alongside the roster, so you know whether next week is affordable before you publish it.

🔐 Who sees what

Admins see the whole account. Team managers see only the teams they're assigned to, with pay rates hidden by default. Employees see their own shifts, timesheets and requests.

📱 Droppah on your phone

Employees check shifts, timesheets and clock history, request time off, ask for cover and chat with the team. Managers and admins can build rosters, edit and approve timesheets, clock people in and out, and add employees.
