1:30pm AEST Resolved - Droppah is fully back to normal. The issue was caused by a maintenance service that unexpectedly consumed excessive database resources, causing requests to time out. No data was impacted and there are no lasting effects.
1:10pm AEST Update - Login is now available again. Some users may still experience slowness — we are continuing to investigate.
12:55pm AEST We are currently investigating a service issue affecting Droppah login. Users attempting to log in may experience a long wait time followed by a "Service Unavailable" error.
