What's New
A clearer view of your roster. Rosters on the Roster tab now group by Work Group by default, so it's easier to see who's covering what at a glance. Still need the old Shift view? You can switch back from the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the search bar. If you do reach for it, let us know why, we'd love to make sure the new view covers everything you need.
A tidier shift and timesheet modal. The Work Group now sits as a dropdown at the top of the shift modal, and Generate Time from Shift and Delete have moved into a three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right, keeping the modal focused on the details you're editing.
Spot and fill gaps without leaving the roster. Unfilled shifts created by copying last week or loading a Roster Plan now show inline as "Empty shift", click one to assign a person, change the details, or delete it.
Improvements
Long running clocks stopped automatically. If someone forgets to clock off, Droppah now automatically stops the clock after 23 hours and adds a note to the timesheet, so it's easy to spot and fix.
One flow for adding to your roster. Click + on the Roster tab and follow Work Group → Shift (if your account uses predefined shifts) → Person. This replaces the separate Add Person and Add Shift options with a single, consistent way to build your roster.
Your rostering shortcuts, all in one spot. Smart Roster now lives alongside Copy Roster in the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the search bar on the Roster tab.
One home for your setup. Roster Plans have joined Shifts, Work Groups and Teams under Manage in the sidebar. Managers will only see the Roster Plans tab if the company has Shifts set up.
Shifts has moved within Manage. It's no longer the first tab. You'll now find it sitting between Roster Plans and Access.
The old employee mobile app has been fully retired. It's no longer available for download or use, make sure all your employees have made the switch to the new Droppah app.
Fixes:
Fixed a bug that caused some push notifications to be sent twice on mobile.
Fixed an issue that prevented some users from reconnecting an integration if it had been automatically disconnected due to inactivity.
