What's New?

  • Droppah Insights [BETA] - See your business like never before with Droppah’s new Insights feature. Keep your finger on the pulse and make smarter, data-driven decisions. Currently in beta and available on request for admin users - just flick us a message at [email protected] to get early access or tell us what kind of data would make the biggest difference for your team.

  • Duplicate Overtime Rulesets - Get set up quickly by duplicating existing overtime rulesets. No need to start from scratch, just copy, tweak, and you’re good to go.

  • Persisting Revenue Comparisons - Revenue comparisons now stay locked to the exact week or day you’ve set them for, giving you more consistency when reviewing performance over time. These settings apply across your whole company at a per-team level.

  • 2026 Public Holidays - Next year’s public holidays are now loaded into Droppah. Make sure your region or state is set correctly under Settings > Company so the full list is applied automatically for accurate roster costing.

Improvements

  • Unfilled Shift Visibility - It’s now easier to spot unfilled shifts in your roster after using Copy Last Week or loading a Smart Roster, so you can fill gaps faster.

  • Week Published Indicator - We’ve added a new “published” indicator to the Roster and Resource pages, giving you a quick visual cue on where things are at for the week.

Fixes

  • Pay Grade Ordering - Fixed an issue where pay grades weren’t ordered correctly by overtime ruleset in Manage > Pay Grades.

  • "Time worked not rostered" Overtime Rule - Fixed a bug that caused this rule to misbehave when there was a deleted roster behind the scenes. It’s now behaving as expected.
