If you're the employee of a company using Droppah, you need to be invited into Droppah before you can sign in.
How do I set up my log in?
Once you receive your invitation email, click the Accept Invite button. If you haven't received an invite yet, reach out to your employer.
You will then be prompted to enter and confirm a password.
If you're having trouble finding or accepting your invitation, there are a few steps you can take:
- Check with your employer that you have been invited
- Check your Junk/Spam/Promotions folders
- Ensure your employer is sending the invitation to the correct email address
- Ensure you are accessing Droppah through the emailed invitation link
- If multiple invites have been sent, make sure you're accepting the most recent
- Ensure the invite is not more than 7 days old - your administrator will need to resend the invite, if so
How do I access my Droppah account?
Once you have accepted your invitation and set up a login, you can sign in via Droppah's Employee Mobile App. This can be downloaded from the app stores here:
