Droppah's Mobile App allows your staff to easily access their roster, and team schedules. They can request time off, swap shifts, view historic timesheets and clock timelines, and receive shift notifications - all from one easy-to-use app.
To use the mobile app, employees will first need to be invited in Droppah. Learn how to invite employees here: Inviting Employees to Use Droppah

Downloading the App
You can download the Droppah app from the app stores by searching for Droppah, or by clicking the following link
Logging In
You can log in using your employee details. If you don't have a login yet, you'll just need to get in touch with your employer so they can create one for you first. If you've been invited, make sure you've accepted the invite, as seen here: Accepting a Droppah Invite.
My Shifts
The My Shifts tab shows when you've been rostered, the work you'll be doing and who will be working with you.
Tap on a shift to view more details, including your expected start, end time and break duration.
Tap through to the full roster to see who else is rostered on for the same shift, and what work they'll be doing. If the shift is for the future, you may also have the option to Request Cover - learn more here: Swapping Shifts with Cover Requests
You can navigate between different weeks to check when you'll be working in advance, or view historical shift information by tapping the arrows on either side of the week selector at the top of the screen.
Tapping the selected week itself will bring up the calendar, where you can quickly navigate to a specific week.
Timesheet & Clock Timeline
Once you have worked a shift, your timesheet will show where your shift was. You can clock this to see the details of your timesheet and the history of your clock timeline, including any notes and breaks. Your timesheet may be updated by your manager, but the clock timeline will always reflect your actual timeline.
Time Off
The Time Off tab is where you can request time off from your manager. When approved, you won't be available to roster during those dates. Scroll up or down to change the month that displays.
Days will display in a different colour based on their status:
Orange - Days you've requested time off for, but have not yet received manager approval.
Purple - Days that you've booked time off for. These may have been submitted by you or manually loaded by a manager or admin.
Find out more about requesting time off here: Requesting Time Off
Notifications
The notifications tab shows all your current and historic notifications. Any new notifications will be displayed with a red dot icon.
Tapping on a notification will provide more information, depending on the type of notification:
Roster Updated notifications let you know that your manager has published a new roster, or existing roster. Tapping these will take you to the roster view for the week the notification relates to.
Cover Request notifications let you know about the status of your cover requests, or requests from your co-workers to cover their shifts. Tapping these notifications will open a pop up with information about the request. Learn more here: Swapping Shifts with Cover Requests
Managing Settings & Notifications
Tap on your initials in the top right of the screen to manage your settings.
You'll have options to manage your contact email address and phone number for your rosters. If email notifications are enabled, the email address specified here is where they'll be sent. Note that this doesn't affect the email address you log in with - see 'Access' below.
You can also choose whether to receive roster email notifications at the email address specified in the Profile tab. These emails will be sent when your manager publishes a roster, in addition to any push notifications received via the Droppah app.
Receiving push notifications via the Droppah mobile app will depend on your phone's notification settings. Please ensure you're consistently receiving push notifications before disabling email notifications.
Access
You can tap 'Access' to navigate to the My Profile page, which allows you to manage your login and contact details for all FlexiTime Workforce Management products that you have access to.
