New administrator users can be invited into your Droppah company under Settings > Admins.
Admin users will have full login access to Droppah.
Click the New Admin button to add a new admin. This will display the following Invite Admin pop-up window for you to enter the administrator's details.
Full Name - The admin's full name.
Email Address - Enter the email address that the admin will use for their login access. This email will also receive an invitation link for the admin to create a password and activate their login access.
Role - When set to Admin this determines that the user will be a full admin in the account. If you wish to invite a Team Manager instead, you can find more information here: Adding Team Managers
Once you've specified the appropriate details, click Invite.
Admin Access Status
The icons beside each admin will show the current status of their access:
- The admin has been invited, but hasn't yet accepted their invite.
- The admin has accepted their invite and has active access.
- The admin's invite has expired because they did not accept their invite within one week.
For admins with pending or expired access, you'll have an option to the right side of the screen to resend the invite if needed.
Inviting Droppah Support
Please only invite Droppah Support if we've requested access beforehand.
If Droppah Support has requested login access to your company you can invite access by clicking the New Admin button to add a new Admin user as shown in the steps above. Then click the Invite Droppah Support link in the bottom left of the pop-up.
Click the following purple Invite Support button afterwards to confirm.
