What's New

• Budgets - Note: Available only on The Works/Free plans.
  Introducing our hotly-requested new budgets feature, allowing you to load budgeted revenue estimates onto each of your Teams. Once budgets are set, you'll be able to view projected labour cost-to-revenue ratios as you load your rosters and actual cost-to-revenue ratios for days in the past.
  
  
• Lightspeed Integration - Note: Available only for New Zealand and Australian companies on The Works/Free plans.

• Overtime & Allowances - Note: Available only on The Works/Free plans.
  Introducing the first stage of our new overtime and allowances calculations. Set dynamic rules on your Work Groups to automatically calculate additional rates or allowances that should be included in your labour costs on public holidays or when employees work certain hours. • NZ Public Holidays - The New Zealand public holiday schedule has been added to Droppah, so you can see public holiday days in your roster. You can set your provincial anniversary in your Company Settings.

Improvements

• Roster Solver Upgrade - We've introduced some upgrades to the solver when Loading Rosters with Droppah, so that it can better handle situations where a perfect roster isn't possible. The main changes include:
  • We'll now solve all possible shifts in the roster, even if it means the roster doesn't meet some preferred settings (such as the employee's max hours or the company roster preferences).
  • Roster Warnings will be displayed confirming any employees/shifts which don't match your preferences so that you can easily spot what to check over.
     
• Linking Employees with PayHero - Companies using our PayHero Integration will find a new 'PayHero Employee' dropdown on each employee in Droppah. This dropdown allows you to manage which employee in PayHero their Droppah employee record is linked to, offering greater control over your PayHero connections.
  
  
• Droppah Hire Candidate Registration - Made bio, and last name mandatory fields when registering as a new Droppah Hire candidate. This ensures the venues you apply to work for know a little more about you.
  
  
• Minor UI Changes - We've made some minor changes to the user interface throughout Droppah to ensure consistent styling throughout the app.

Fixes

• Approving Time to PayHero - Fixed an issue preventing warnings and time entry counts from displaying correctly when approving time to PayHero.
  
  
• Time Off Request Emails - Our last release introduced a new feature to show any overlapping roster entries in Time Off Request emails. This release introduces a fix to ensure these appear for administrators, not just team managers.
