Locking Droppah with Pin Access

You can lock Droppah so that employees aren't able to navigate away from the Time Clocks or Live tabs. 

This allows you to set up a device for employees to clock in and out of, without them accessing settings they shouldn't see. 

While in locked mode, Droppah will also automatically sign back in if your browser has been closed or your device restarted, to ensure your employees can resume clocking in and out right away.

Enable Lock

To lock Droppah, you'll need to set up a 4-digit pin, which will be used for locking and unlocking the app. To set a pin, first click on the settings icon on the bottom left of the screen, then navigate to the Company tab. Click Enable lock on manager features. 

After clicking Enable lock on manager features, you'll be prompted to enter and then confirm your 4-digit pin.

Each Admin and Team Manager user will need to set up their own pin if they need to lock the app. Each user should keep their pin private, as sharing it with other users or employees may result in employees accessing areas of Droppah they shouldn't.

Locking & Unlocking Droppah

To lock or unlock Droppah, navigate to the Time tab and tap the padlock icon - this will only appear if you have set up a pin for your user (as above).

When prompted, enter your pin to lock Droppah.

The padlock will appear red to indicate Droppah is locked, and it will now only be possible to switch between the Time Clocks or Live tab, and select a Team (if your user has access to multiple Teams).

You can tap the red padlock again and enter your pin to unlock Droppah at any time.
