Lock Improvements - We've made a range of improvements to both how you set a PIN and the way the app behaves for Team Managers and Admins who have a PIN set for their account. Learn more about setting a PIN here: Locking Droppah with a PIN
- If you have a PIN set, you'll always be signed into Droppah in the locked state. Simply enter your PIN to access your full manager or admin settings.
- We're moving the Lock setting to the bottom-left of the app. No matter where you are in Droppah, you can now quickly tap the Lock/Unlock button and confirm your PIN to lock or unlock the app.
- If you don't already have a PIN set, tapping Lock will prompt you to create a new PIN. Set and confirm your PIN to start locking the app right away.
- No longer need to lock Droppah? You can toggle the 'Enable App Locking' setting from the app menu in the top-right to delete your PIN and hide the Lock button. If you simply wish to change your PIN, you can then re-enable app locking and tap Lock to set your new PIN.
- Forgotten your PIN? Selecting 'Forgot PIN' when trying to unlock the app will now email you confirmation of your current PIN.
- We've hidden the Settings buttons for Team Managers, as they no longer require access to Company Settings now that the Enable/Disable App Locking feature has been moved.
Calendar Settings - We've tweaked some of the toggles that appear on the Resources View and Timesheet View:
- Team Managers who don't have 'Pay Rates Visible' enabled will no longer see the 'Hours' toggle, as this doesn't have any effect for them.
- Removed the ‘Timesheet Daily Summary’ toggle from the Timesheets page.
- The ‘Show Revenue’ toggle is now disabled while on the ‘Hours’ view of the Timesheet page. Revenue will always be hidden while viewing in the Hours view. Note that this toggle is not available for Team Managers who don't have 'Pay Rates Visible' Enabled.
- A new ‘Show Overtime’ toggle has been added to the Timesheets page and simply shows or hides the ‘Ordinary’ + ‘Overtime’ totals from the header section.
Average Budgets - The 'Budget' section on Teams will now show an average budget based on the last 6 weeks of revenue. This revenue information comes from the Lightspeed Integration, if your account is connected, or can be entered directly on the Timesheet View.
