Awards (Australia) – Load the Hospitality Industry (General) Award or the Restaurant Industry Award from Import Award in the options menu on Manage > Pay Grades. Award rates can be updated on or after 1 July each year.

Pay Rules – Overtime Rulesets are now called Pay Rules, grouped by type. A pay rule can also be set not to show as a roster warning.

Minimum Hours Per Week (available since 26 Oct 2026) – Set a weekly minimum on a person’s record. You’ll see an Under Min Hours roster warning when they’re rostered below it.

Rostered labour % (available since 20 Oct 2026) – Now shows in the roster’s Weekly Totals.

Clock Data for Claude and the API – The Droppah Connector for Claude and the public API can now see clock in and out records, including people still clocked in. Timesheets also link to their clock record.

Date of Birth and Employment Type – Both can now be added to a person’s record in the People tab.

Smarter Fill Empty Shifts – Better balances max hours, stint breaks and experience when filling shifts.

Sending Time to Xero Payroll – If one person can’t be sent, the rest still go through.

Faster Clear Roster – Clearing a roster is now noticeably faster.
