What's New?

• Pay Grades - Introducing Pay Grades, allowing you to set and manage pay rates and overtime rules for groups of employees. Learn more here: Pay Grades
  
  
• Rockstar Shifts - If one of your team managers is a little light on cover, they can now borrow an employee from another team for a one-off rockstar shift. Learn more here: Rockstar Shifts
  
  
• Overtime & Xero Payroll - You can now send Overtime to Xero Payroll! Head to Manage > Overtime Rulesets and ensure the appropriate Xero Pay Item is specified on each of your overtime rules. See 'Linking Overtime to Xero Payroll' here for more detail: Xero Payroll Integration
  
  
• Higher Duty Rate - A higher duty rate can now be specified on Work Groups, perfect for if you have a set rate all employees should receive when performing a certain role. The higher duty rate will only apply if it's higher than the rate the employee would otherwise be paid.

Improvements

• Overtime Rulesets - Overtime rules have been moved from Work Groups to their own tab under Manage > Overtime Rulesets. Once a ruleset has been set up, it can be added to a Work Group or a Pay Grade, so you now have more flexibility and control over when overtime rules should kick in. Any existing overtime rules which were set up on your Work Groups have been automatically migrated to this new setup. 
  
  
• Pinning Employees - The symbol for saving employees to the top of your Resources and Timesheets views has been updated to a pin icon.

Fixes

• PayHero Duplicate Employees - Fixed an issue which could allow multiple syncs with PayHero to run at the same time, resulting in some new employees being duplicated in Droppah (patched 20/12/2024)
