When your one-off workers have completed their shift with you, it's important to confirm the details so they get paid.
First, the worker will need to confirm the shift details via their mobile app (as seen here: Confirming shifts and getting paid).
Once they've confirmed the details from their end, you'll receive a notification in-app to review their shift. You can click on the notification or into the job on the Hire tab to review the details.
The shift details will show the total you originally agreed to pay, and a credit for the amount you've already paid to Droppah, plus any variation details if the worker says they've worked more or less hours than originally agreed. You can click into the Clock Details to check over their clock in times, click No, something's wrong if you disagree with the details, or click Yup, looks good to me if everything is as you expect.
You'll be prompted to rate the worker based on each of the skills you needed for the shift. Your ratings will help other venues see whether the worker is a good fit for those skills. Select a rating out of 5 stars for each skill, then click Next.
Finally, confirm whether you'd hire the worker again, and select which of the reasons provided impacted your rating. Click Submit Review to complete the shift and help us match the right workers with other venues like you!
Frequently Asked Questions
After the shift is complete, the worker will have the option to review and confirm the hours, or request a change if they worked more or less than originally agreed.
If they've made any changes, you'll be able to see:
- A message from the worker (if provided)
- A comparison of the originally rostered hours compared to the adjusted hours
- A summary of the additional amount due (if the amount to pay has increased) or refund due (if the amount to pay has decreased)
Tap Accept if you agree with the amendment.
If there's an additional amount to pay, you'll be prompted to pay the extra amount now.
If there's a refund to process, please allow 3-5 business days for that to be refunded to the original credit card that was used to process payment for the shift.
If you disagree with the hours a worker has confirmed, you'll have the ability to dispute them.
If the worker has confirmed the originally agreed hours as correct, but you believe something changed, you can select No, something's wrong:
Alternatively, if the worker requested changes to the originally agreed hours, you can select Dispute:
In either case, you'll then be prompted to confirm the details that you believe are correct.
Be sure to complete all of the details, including:
- The actual start and end time
- The duration of any unpaid breaks
- A message summarising the reason for the dispute - this is important for helping us resolve your dispute as quickly as possible.
Once you submit your dispute, the Droppah team will review the details and be in touch regarding any outcomes.
