Congrats, you've finished a shift at one of your local venues and now you're ready to get paid!
Once you've clocked out of your shift at the venue, you can jump into the mobile app to confirm the details. We'll show you your total hours and rate, less the amount of tax that we'll be passing on to the IRD on your behalf.
If everything looks correct, simply tap Yes, pay me to confirm the shift.

Once you confirm the shift details, we'll need to wait for the venue to confirm the details as well, and then we'll release payment to the bank account you provided when you signed up.
Payments will be made weekly on Wednesdays, so if you worked any day in a given week you'll usually be paid the next Wednesday, provided there aren't any disputes. If there are any disputes, we'll be in touch.
If you worked different hours than what's shown, select Something changed and you'll be prompted to confirm the hours you actually worked. You can also add a note with more details about what changed, so that it's clear to us and the venue why you're requesting an amendment.
Once you submit the new hours, we'll need to wait for the venue to confirm the details as well, and then we'll release payment, provided there aren't any disputes. If there are any disputes, we'll be in touch.
