Once you've posted a job, you'll receive notifications of any worker offers you receive. You'll see notifications via the bell icon in the top right of Droppah, and you can either click the notification or click into the job via the Hire tab to see your offers.
Offers will display the following details for each applicant:
- Their profile picture and name
- The message they provided with their offer
- The hourly rate they'd like to receive, and total that would cost for the hours you've advertised
You can click the View Profile link to learn a little more about the applicant.
The applicant profile will display:
- Their profile picture and name
- The total number of jobs they've worked through Droppah so far
- The skills they have, with the skills that match this job outlined in purple
- Their ratings for each skill, if they've been rated by other Droppah companies
- Their bio blurb
If you receive an offer from an applicant you'd like to accept, click Respond.
You'll be prompted to enter your credit card details, or these will be pre-populated if you've set them in your company rostering settings. Click Pay to confirm the shift. We'll charge you for the full amount of the job now, including the service fee. Any differences between the planned shift times and the hours they actually work will be taken care of later.
Once you've paid for the shift, you can click the message icon to message your worker and let them know any extra details. They'll also be able to message you, and you'll receive notifications via the bell icon in the top right of any messages.
When the shift rolls around, your worker will appear in the time clock along with your regular employees, ready to clock in for their shift. Learn more here: Clocking in and working shifts
After their shift, they'll need to confirm the hours they worked, and then you'll be prompted to confirm the details and rate the worker, as seen here: Confirming shifts and rating workers
